ஆளுநர் அலவி மௌலான இராஜினாமா செய்ய தயாராகிறார்
ஏ.அப்துல்லாஹ்: மேல்மாகாண ஆளுநர் அலவி மௌலான தம்புள்ள மஸ்ஜிதை இடிப்பதற்கு அல்லது அதை தம்புள்ளையில் வேறு இடத்திற்கு மாற்றுவதற்கு அதிகாரிகள் முயற்சிப்பார்களானால் தான் தனது ஆளுநர் பதவியில் இருந்து இராஜினாமா செய்ய விரும்புகிறேன் என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
எந்த நிலைமையிலும் இது விட்டுகொடுக்க முடியுமான விடயமல்ல. மஸ்ஜித் வேறு இடத்திற்கு மாற்றப்படுமாக இருந்தால் அது ஒரு மாதிரியாக மாறிவிடும் என்றும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
இதேவேளை ஸ்ரீ லங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரசின் பொதுச் செயலாளர் ஹசன் அலி தெரிவித்துள்ள தகவலில் தம்புள்ள ஹைரியா மஸ்ஜிதுக்கு பதிலாக தங்கத்திலான ஒரு பள்ளியை தந்தாலும் அதை முஸ்லிம் சமூகம் ஏற்றுகொள்ளாது என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார் என்பதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

taken the authority in their hand against to other race but also, violated and exceeded the law of Constitution of a social republic democratic country…

First of all we should know the definition or the term of sacred place whether it has been determined by the government or buddhist supreme body? Could any Buddhist organizations or prelates to prove this land or building situated in the premises of so-called sacred zone ?
FYI, the details as we received:- the land called Gansooriyagahamulawatthe in extent about about two and a half measure kurakkan sowing situated at Dambulla in Wagapanaha, pallesiyapattu of Matale North in the district of Matale central province and bounded on the North by common fence of the land belongs to Themila Appu, East by Chena land of Ranhamy Wedarala, South by common fence of land belonging to Narayanapillai and the West by highways road…….
So, dear Buddhist brothers, where is the Dambulla vihara sacred zone here ? wakeup . will you? this land was not bounded by your so called sacred zone in anyway? so, you have no any legal rights to oppose any lands or any buildings which are not belongs to sacred or holy areas since they are situated beyond and away from the limit of your plot of sacred land. This land has been gifted by the owner called Ahmed Lebbe Uthuman Sahib Hajiar of Kattankudi-Div.3, for his son Uthman Sahib Mohamed Ibrahim or Rahim as the deed witnesses that was obtained in 26-04-1964 under the deed no. 20251 by the notary public P.Aiyampillai of Batticaloa. A building was situated in this land gifted by the owner for worshipping purposes. As a matter of fact this building was inadequate for the worshippers. Later, the owners of the said allotment of land and premises is situated adjoining the land belonging to the Dambulla Mosque have sold their lands for the extension of Mosque in 2007. They are namely A.C.Noorul Larifa, A.C.M.Aslam (under the deed no. 7511) and A.C.M.Kabeer (under the deed no. 7512) by the notary public S.M.Haleemdeen. The defined portion of land depicted as lots 4 in plan no.2730 dated 14-02-2007 made by Liyanage Siripala. Since this Mosque has been used for worshipping purposes for many decades and registered as Jumma Mosque 2009.12.17 by Wakf board under the ministry of Muslim affairs, I think these are clear evidences for being the land and Mosque belongs to Muslims not in the premises of sacred place.
We charge Buddhist fundamentalists whom are trying to acquire our Muslims’ land and Mosque by force for their benefit which is not Buddha’s teaching…..we still remember Inamulawe… ………………………………………….We propose government for not allowing Buddhist extremists acting like white van abductors to act as third party since we do not need any third party to involve in our Mosque affairs.
Dear Moulana, we still don’t believe that our president would bow down for injustice and stead fast in his principles who proclaimed “one nation one country” without any divisions among any communities….” if he has for forgot you must remind him………………….Jazzakallah

It’s not good sign and right time to resign. We can’t do anything from opposition parties and opposition parties are so weak. Being in Govenment, he can give pressure to Govenment. Muslims brothers and sisters should lead by Jamiyathul Ulama hereafter and let’s join our hands to strenth the ACJU (All Ceylon Jamiyathul Ulama)
